AL KAZAM – KIDS PARTY KING – TOP PARTY TIPS
This depends on: The size of the venue, the amount of helpers you have (younger children require more attention) and how many people you’re willing to prepare food for etc. One rule of thumb is to invite as many children as the birthday child’s age plus seven.
2-3 hours is the ideal length for a children’s party. Write the start AND finish times on the invitations – but allow 30 minutes either side for people who arrive early or leave late!
Boys and Girls do mix. It is very tough to have a children’s party with only boys or only girls. Mix them. If you insist on all boys or all girls party, make sure that you have something for them to do every minute.
Never say to the Kids, “Go outside and play for a while.” Have something planned for the party. Children who run around freely are very hard to control when it is time to do so. Children love planned fun more than anything.
Keep leftovers and clean-up to a minimum by making party food that can go in the guests goodie bags. When the food is finished being served simply put what’s left as extras into the kids goodie bags. Remember to have a few extra goodie bags for siblings who may come with their parents to pick up their brothers or sisters. Keep hot food to a minimum as it avoids any burning incidents; choose cold savoury snacks.
They’re easy to print off from right here. And the kids love to colour them in and hand them out. Just give them a list of names and one prepared as a sample and that’s one more thing off your to-do list. If the Birthday child is inviting people from school but not their whole class, don’t hand them out in school to avoid upsetting anyone.
Pets will scare easily from all the noise and commotion. And children love to feed them all sorts of party food.
Put balloons on the doorway and or gate and include directions on the invites to people coming from far away.
The perfect time to present the cake, blow out the candles and have the sing song is when the magic show has just ended. All the guests are together, cameras in hand and ready to sing.
If using a digital type Camera / Camcorder – Make sure your camera is fully charged, with lots of spare room on the memory card, it’s no fun when the batteries go just as the birthday child is being made a star. If using a Film type camera – Make sure it has plenty of film and fresh batteries.
To avoid any unwanted breakages or kids mistaking valuables for toys.
Hire AL KAZAM, KIDS PARTY KING, and this is guaranteed. Children will always remember parties for a long time so make sure they’re happy memories.
